About

Paul Hannan

I’ve been selling real estate since before E.T. phoned home. Real estate has changed a lot in the last four decades (and so has Mississauga). Every 10 years, I have reinvented myself like Madonna to stay relevant, successful and ahead of the curve. Throughout all of this, one fact has always remained…

This isn’t a sales business; it’s a relationship business.

I’m still here, doing what I love to do, because of the relationships I’ve built along the way. When you work with me, you will always get my honest advice. I’m not here to over-promise on the value of your home; I’m here to get it right the first time. It’s this transparency that keeps my clients coming back year after year.

I believe every person has the right to be happy, and home ownership plays a big part in achieving this goal.

That said, sometimes my work doesn’t take place under happy circumstances. I have years of experience in Estate Sales, and I often deal with family loss and marriage breakups. In these situations, it’s my job to help ease the tension—to take the weight off your shoulders and carry it on my own.

I don’t see myself as the old dog in this industry. I network with the brightest minds in real estate and their contagious energy and enthusiasm keeps me hungry for more. Not to mention, My associates keeps me young. It’s why we work so well together.

There’s a reason I’m recognized as the go-to real estate agent in Mississauga.

This is our home. These are our neighbourhoods. No one knows Mississauga real estate like we do.

FUN FACTS:

I’m fluent in American Sign Language for the DEAF.
I once did a swan-dive off the top of the 108-storey Stratosphere Hotel in Las Vegas.
The highest priced home I’ve sold is $4.2 million; the lowest priced was $25,000.
